A decent week for the fly on the Dunkeld beat 3 fish landed to 17lb . One from the Cathedral stream (17lb) , one from the Rock pool  (9lb)  And Dave with his 10lber from the Lady pool. A good number of fish were seen going through yesterday morning . See what next week brings us, a dryer and warmer week forecast

Here is delighted Dave Gibbon from South Africa with a lifetime goal to catch a river Tay springer . Until Monday Dave had never cast a double handed fly rod but with some lessons he was quickly in the swing of it. And with the last few casts today he finally took his chance with this lovely 10lb fly caught springer from the Lady Pool. A well deserved fish for all his efforts this week just shows you that persistence pays of in the end. Well Done Dave !!
